Repair Café

Second Sunday of every month at the Eco Centre

The Repair Cafe is hosted by volunteers on the second Sunday of each month. 10am – 12.30pm

Welcome to the Repair Café which is hosted by volunteers on the 2nd Sunday of every month (presently on hold until February 2026).

There is generally a sewing machinist, hand sewer, wood repairer, a person handy at finding workshop manuals on the internet and getting results and a person good with various types of glue for fixing toys, pottery and ceramics.

We are always looking for more amazing volunteers to help and bring their skills to the session. Contact us if you can help with repairs or have a question about the repair of something.

A special thank you to those that volunteer their skills at the Repair Café

After 27 consistent months, the Repair Café is temporarily on pause until February 2026, following the recent passing of founder Rhys Taylor. Rhys was the heart and driver of the initiative, and we are committed to honouring his legacy by continuing the Repair Café into the future.
