Want to keep your veggie garden going through winter and save money on your food bill? Come along to learn how to winterise your garden and make the most of growing your own vegetables during the colder months.
We’re collaborating with the Veggie Garden Collective and passionate local gardener Inez Wilson to share practical tips and inspiration for winter growing. Hear about the amazing mahi the Veggie Garden Collective are doing here in Timaru and discover how you can grow your own food this winter.

About Eco Talks
This event is part of the South Canterbury Eco Centre’s monthly Eco Talks series. During the first week of most months, we host a guest presenter followed by supper and the chance to connect with others in the community.
Tickets are a minimum of $5 per person and can be booked via our website. If you would prefer to pay cash on the night, please let us know so we can plan catering numbers.
