Meeting space
A warm, modern, light filled Eco Centre with plenty of parking and open space. There is a large room plus a display area suitable for breakout sessions.
A versatile facility suitable for community groups, meetings, classes, events, small conferences, exhibitions, ceremonies, and receptions. It is managed by the South Canterbury Sustainable Trust.
Presentation area
The facility is equipped with modern technology, wi-fi and a large interactive smart board for presentations and online meetings.
With easy to move tables and chairs, you can cater to audiences of up to 100 people, however only 50 in the meeting space. There is a large meeting room plus a display area suitable for breakout sessions.
Catering facilities
A small kitchen is available for use. It has most things you would need to provide snacks, refreshments right through to meals. There is a large BBQ to hire.
Fridge / freezer, oven and hobs, urn, mugs, cutlery and plates along with other extras. Please bring your own food and refreshments.
BBQ Hire
You can hire our large BBQ for an extra hour – $15 for charities and $25 for business and private hire. We have a lovely outdoor BBQ area with 6 picnic tables.
Low hire rates
We are able to keep our hire rates very reasonable by getting the user to leave the building clean and tidy and taking their rubbish with them. You are welcome to pay for these services on top of your hire.
